ECCF uses its ability to convene key stakeholders and attract experts around special areas of focus at Think Lab sessions. Hosted regularly, these Labs harness local knowledge and expertise to inspire creative thinking that can impact the economic landscape.

  • Connect people across the county, through a facilitated format, to open dialogue around complex issues, improve overall knowledge, and work collectively to build lasting relationships.
  • Provide a space to “incubate” ideas, test solutions, and connect like-minded people that can move ideas to action.
  • Result in a documented report summarizing learnings, findings, and next steps.
