The 2026 State of Essex County was an incredible evening celebrating our local nonprofits and the powerful network of community support that is moving our region forward. Driven by data and fueled by partnership, it’s clear that we’re building the future that we want to see.

Thank you to the hundreds of leaders from the public, private and social sectors who joined us to connect and learn. And a special thank you to Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll, our keynote speaker for the evening.

Our 2026 State of Essex County Keynote Speaker is Massachusetts Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll

In 2016, Lt. Governor Driscoll, then the Mayor of Salem, partnered with ECCF to launch Impact Essex County, the foundation’s data initiative to track the quality of life in our region.

We are thrilled for Lt. Governor Driscoll’s return to this signature event, which will be attended by hundreds of local leaders from the public, private and social sectors.

ECCF’s 2023 State of Essex County was a true celebration of community and collaboration. We were happy to be joined by more than 400 friends and partners from across the county.
