Ben Langille is Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Affiliated Managers Group, a publicly-traded global asset management company with equity investments in a diverse group of boutique investment management firms. Ben focuses primarily on investments in new AMG Affiliates and oversight of all AMG-level legal matters involving Affiliate partnerships. Prior to joining AMG in 2008, Ben was a corporate attorney with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He received a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Colby College. Ben lives in Manchester with his wife, Michelle, and his children, James and Stella.

David Henry, CFA®, is a 40-year investment professional experienced in all facets of the investment business; he advises Individuals, Foundations & Endowments, and Institutional Pension Plans.  For the past 25 years, David has worked elusively with Private Clients.  Before his current role as a Financial Advisor with Baystate Financial, he served as the CIO for the Family Office of the late Richard Egan; he led the Private Wealth Practice for the Wellesley Group; and he was a Sales and Relationship Manager for P/E Investments.  David chairs the Investment Committee for Northeast ARC.  He also serves on both Essex County Community Foundation and Montserrat College of Art Investment Committees.  David was formerly the Treasurer of Historic Salem, Inc.   David holds an MBA from the University of Houston, a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and maintains Series 7 & 66 licenses.

Jon graduated from Yale University in 1979 with a BA in Economics and Political Science. After eight years at a private investment firm in New York City, Jon joined Wellington Management Company, LLP in Boston in 1987, becoming a Senior Vice President and Partner in 1995. Jon served in a variety of management roles there, retiring as President and Chair of the Board of the firm’s national trust bank subsidiary. A former Marine Corps Reserve officer and Gulf War veteran, Jon serves on the non-profit boards of Root in Salem and Endicott College in Beverly and is a former chair and member of ECCF’s Board of Trustees.

Wellington Management Company, LLP (retired)

Jim Rullo retired in 2014 as a Senior Vice President and partner from Wellington Management Company, LLP, a $900 billion investment management firm in Boston where he worked for over 20 years. At Wellington, he headed a team of 20 investment professionals in the Quantitative Investment Group, managing more than $30 billion in assets for a global client base of a corporate, sovereign government and nonprofit clients. Most recently, as a global strategist for the firm, he had primary spokesperson responsibility for a $90 billion mutual fund family client. He holds a BS in Finance from Boston University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Babson College. He is a member of the board of trustees at Babson and chairs the investment committee at the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence. Previously, he served on the advisory board of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Boston. Jim lives in Portsmouth, NH.
