March 19 | M&T Bank Virtual Workshop: Helping Nonprofits Thrive in a Challenging Funding Environment: Leveraging AI, RevOps, and Google Ad Grants to Maximize Impact

Noon – 1:30PM | Virtual | Free Event

PRESENTER: Bill Hamor, WSI Hamor Group

Are you curious about using AI for content creation, donor outreach, or data analysis? Would you like to know more about Google Ad Grants? Please consider joining ECCF and M&T Bank for this upcoming VIRTUAL workshop.

Nonprofits today are navigating an increasingly complex funding environment—shrinking grants, donor fatigue, & higher community demand. This workshop equips attendees with practical, low-cost strategies to optimize operations, communications, & fundraising using emerging technologies & proven business frameworks. Attendees will learn how to apply Revenue Operations (RevOps) principles— traditionally used in for-profit organizations—to align teams, technology, & messaging for more efficient fundraising & stakeholder engagement. The session also explores artificial intelligence (AI) tools that can automate time- consuming tasks such as content creation, donor outreach, & data analysis— while maintaining ethical & mission-aligned use. Participants will gain an actionable understanding of how to qualify for & maximize the Google Ad Grants program, which provides nonprofits with $10K/month in free advertising. The workshop highlights other free & discounted digital tools that can help nonprofits do more with limited resources. Through real-world examples, live demonstrations, & a guided “Assess → Automate → Amplify” framework, attendees will leave with a clear 90-day action plan to streamline operations, enhance visibility, & strengthen financial resilience—without adding to staff workload.
