Adelante Inc./Lawrence Youth Center To provide after-school classes three afternoons per week, using certified middle school teachers, for up to 40 seventh and eighth grade students.  $2,000
Asian Center of Merrimack Valley To support and expand our Youth programs, which give young Asians from immigrant and refugee families an opportunity to improve their self-confidence, academic skills and improve access to a college education.  $1,000
Custom House Maritime Museum To expand Newburyport public schools history curriculum to include Custom House Maritime Museum [CHMM] artifacts, historical significance, and physical presence.  $2,000
Essex Art Center To train disadvantaged middle and high school Lawrence youth in the use of digital media, so that they can develop and disseminate Spanish/English environmental justice information to the Greater Lawrence Community.  $1,000
Foster Kids of Merrimack Valley, Inc. (FKMV) To  hire a director to oversee the program and solicit & train adult mentors to focus on life skills with the youth with whom they are matched.

Groundwork Lawrence To support the 2010 CSA Share-A-Share program and to launch a Farmers Market Double Value Coupon Program  $1,000
Lawrence History Center To provide development and education to selected youth of Lawrence by: teaching historic archival techniques; learning and working with 21st century technical skills; providing professional development regarding work place comportment; re-enforcing the students' value and place within the community.  $1,500
Merrimack Valley Hospice To support 3 unique bereavement programs for children who have suffered the loss of a loved one.  $2,000
Merrimack Valley YMCA - Lawrence Branch To purchase supplies and materials for both the Lawrence Music Clubhouse and Arts Program  $1,000
Methuen Arlington Neighborhood inc To support Methuen's Safe Haven Homework Center-- a combination of paid staff and volunteers focused on supporting area children's efforts to complete homework assigned by their Public School Teachers.
