Welcome!

Your community foundation's purpose is to promote local philanthropy and strengthen the nonprofit organizations of Essex County.

  • We partner with donors, helping them meet their philanthropic goals by managing donor funds and organization's assets with efficiency, security, expertise and privacy.

  • We support nonprofit organizations across the county with grants, strategic planning, board development, fundraising, professional training and sustainability.

  • We build collaboration between individuals and organizations to address current issues.
For this fiscal year alone, ECCF has given over $2.5 million in grants and services through our donor funds and programs.
