Discretionary Fund
The Community Foundation's Discretionary Fund provides grants to meet current community needs as determined by the Board of Trustees and ECCF's Grants Management Committee. Grants are made from income generated by our growing permanent Discretionary Endowment Fund and from annual donations to the Fund.
ECCF's Discretionary Grants support capacity building projects at organizations with operating budgets of less than $750,000.
Grants are awarded to nonprofits working in the broad areas of Arts and Culture, Education, Environment, Health, Social and Community Services, and Youth Development.
